- Communication with City and County Inspectors – Many contractors and crew members develop a dislike for inspectors viewing them as people that cause unnecessary problems resulting in delays and monetary loss. We invite inspectors opinions and will at times contact them for additional input to ensure things are done properly and to code. We understand they are a necessary part of the process that helps the homeowner get the best quality roof.
- Financially responsible company – Supplier accounts are paid within the 30 day time frame. This ensures the project is completed and no “loose ended” material bills are left to be put against a homeowners property in the form of liens. Also, overhead is minimized by purchasing vehicles and equipment outright, not on credit. This also ensures that we can weather the economic storms that occur.
